I am over all very pleased. However the large eye requires me to light it manually. It clicks but doesn't light without assistance. I would like to know why???

Outstanding stove/oven. Haven't stopped frying/sautÃe'ing, baking since the day it was delvered&installed. Easy to clean, looks really nice &matches kitchen decor. Already recommended to 2 friends of mine who just bought new houses as well as my customers as I've been in cleaning business for 23 years. Overallly, awesome product and great purchase.

Very pleasing on the eyes; cooks food faster than older models. What I would consider cooking on level 3 has to be cooked at a level 1 or on low. Oven is the Best, cooking food much faster than previous older models.

I got the stove because it appeared to be very similar to the Frigidaire stove that I had for 18 years I was replacing. It offered a couple features that interest me that my old one didn™™t.I actually passed up other less expensive options with different brands and chose this one because of the great history I have had with my previous Frigidaire stove.So I™™m sure you can understand why I™™m very disappointed in this new stove lacking features that I would think would™™ve been standard such as the oven light coming on automatically when you open the door. It doesn™™t indicate that in your description/details that the light doesn™™t come on automatically, That is a very aggravating missing feature.And also imagine how disappointed I was to find that the broiler in the stove is not gas. It is an electric element, I purposely bought a GAS range to have a gas broiler and now I™™m stuck with this thing for how many years using an electric broiler that I never intended to have and absolutely dislike!Nowhere in your description does it outline that it™™s not a gas broiler.The only place I found where it even discusses the broiler was about three levels deep in a PDF document that I found in the product description screens, and here I am now stuck with this thing because I can™™t return it. And to think I had less expensive options I could purchase that have gas burners for the broiler I™™m sure.VERY DISAPPOINTED

Was disappointed when it arrived as I have propane. The appliance store assured me they would order the correct orifice and used my old one. Was never provided with the correct orifice. Had to go buy one and installed it myself. Was not happy with the appliance store

I don™™t like this range. I tried to return it and was unable.The vent from the oven puts hot air into your face if you™™re cooking on the stovetop.Told by repairman it™™s by design.Stupid idea . The oven seems to only have an audible alert for achieved oven temp. If you leave room and don™™t hear it you won™™t know if oven has preheated. Repairman isn™™t sure if he can fix this. I bought this because it was the only white range with lower storage. And while I™™m at it, whose idea was it to put a broiler under the oven .I guess you™™re supposed to get on your hand and knees to cook a steak.Other than that it™™s a range.

I do not recommend this product. It has required servicing on two occasions, and now the motherboard needs replacement. Consequently, my tenant has been without a stove/oven for over two weeks and is requesting reimbursement. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend this product to anyone.

We like the range we bought on 5/30/23. The only complaint is that today, 7/12/23, a small piece of the porcelain came off the right rear burner tray. It was the first time I used this burner. We called the store where we bought it and will get a bottle of touchup paint for it. Disappointing to have this happen to an appliance purchased six weeks ago.

I love everything about the stove except the broiler. I was unaware when I purchased it that the broiler was electric and not gas. It is very small broiler and doesn't have much power or coverage area. I do a lot of broiling and this broiler is very inadequate. Very disappointed in that aspect of the stove. Everything is great!

This is not a self cleaning oven, so not well enough insulated. It spews heat. The oven is very slow to reach any desired temperature and must be set to 480 to reach 400 degrees. The burners blow out easily. It™™s nice to have a summer setting™¦but it™™s not reliable.

My small kitchen did not allow many choices in replacing my 30+ year old gas range. Going with what was available has been a positive experience. I didn't think a stove could make a difference in cooking but the quick boil and simmer burners have. The surface is easy to clean up spills. It has been the right choice for my small kitchen.

This thing is so amazing! Super easy to set up and get balanced! And turning it on is so simple! I can now teach my grand daughter how to do cooking safely because of the controls that turn down on low really easy! She™™s already learned to scramble eggs safely! The knobs are easy to work and she™™s learning how to check them to make sure they are turned off completely when she™™s done cooking! I am super thrilled with my purchase!

Range is fine. Typical thing a landlord would use to replace in an apartment. Burners work well, but tend to run a bit too hot. Knobs are too loose and cant give fine control, but they are nicely sized. Broiler element is a bit low and gets in the way of things at times but overall temperature seems to stay constant.

Great stove only complaint is that you don™™t push in the dials to turn on the burners. I barely bump and the flame turns on. Have a small kitchen often have bumped accidentally and the gas has come on. Walk back into kitchen to smell gas. Now I have to double check the knobs all the time to make sure no one has bumped them.
