The refrigerator works great, but it comes with design flaws. The clips that hold the glass in the refrigerator are flimsy and have to be adjusted so the shelf won™™t fall. And the controls are inside the freezer door, so if you open the freezer door and inadvertently touch the control panel, you need to make sure to set it back to where it was.

The freezer and refrigerator doors are not the same height and there is a gap between the doors that widens from top to bottom. Alerted them to this and sent photos, but was told it was within normal specifications. So quality work obviously isn't a concern of theirs.

I like my new fridge but find the noises somewhat disconcerting. Also it was a surprise that it required filters to be changed at added expense. Adding also that standard cleaners could not be used on it. I see this as my fault for not researching. My Whirlpool of 16 years gave up before the holidays and I was in need.My old fridge never required any of this and it never occurred to me that there would be any difference.Hopefully your product will perform as my former refrigerator. Time will tell.

All good so far, it keeps the cold food cold and frozen food frozen. It™™s our first side by side and door shelf space is less than our old traditional style fridge. Ice and water in the door is nice but the gloss black surface requires daily cleaning as fingerprints are a constant. All in all though seems well built

Fridge is working fine, my issue is with the size of the fitting for attaching a water line. It doesn™™t appear to be a standard size most all use 1/4 inch, but not this fridge. It would be great if the company could tell me what the size is so I could attach the water supply.

Our old side by side was not running consistently. Out of fear of losing more groceries we faced having to buy a new fridge. We liked our old Frigidaire, so that is where we went looking. This unit is virtually our old fridge updated. It fits in our confined space & offers a brighter interior. We are missing a drawer for cold cuts, cheese, etc. Since we really miss the drawer a trip to the dollar store to buy baskets was necessary, but now we are set. The ice dispenser sees lots of use& is already meeting our needs. The light feature is a new & delightful feature & I like the "Door open" alert.

So gat a very good unit.quiet running. Was an easy set up but has to adjust the refrigerator side door as it was sitting a little.low but no pro lem.with that other than instruction stating it was a 12mm wrench but actually needed a 10mm. Very pleased so far.

This refrigerator replaced the same model which lasted many years. I didn't research or go look at this model in the store to see that the shelves in the fridge side are only moveable to 4 places. The old one you could move them up and down and adjust to the size. It's not a big deal, but I wish I would have noticed it before buying. I purchased this because the icemaker is not in the door. The ice cubes are about half the size as the old fridge, but I do like them. Overall, this is great for the price.

I love the features on the side of the door. The ice maker is quick to make ice and the drawer is huge compared to others I've had. Gets cold very quickly. Enormous amount of storage. I'm glad we bought new and glad we chose this model.

Runs quiet, ice machine, a little noisy, but not bad. Isis dispensed quickly and efficient. Water runs freely, but not too hard. Overall great Machine. also a great feature is that the door tells you if it™™s open my old fridge didn™™t do that and I left it open one time and boy what a mess that was so great feature.

Love it! It's very spacious, wide enough for even a 9x13 casserole dish and deep enough for a full cookie sheet if needed. Keeps things very cold. Love the ice cube shape and the water dispenser works great as well!

It's a decent fridge. I hate that the black finish cost so much more than stainless I don't like how the blower cuts off when you open the door and right back on, I would think a delay would save wear and tear on it.

I am very pleased with my frig/freezer. It is pretty awesome! I bought it to have as a garage, back-up frig. I rented a Lowe's truck to transport it, since it wouldn't fit in my adapted Ford Transit. The Lowe's employees loaded it for me and I drove home. In transit, the frig did a face-plant onto the tailgate, leaving major dents in the frig and freezer doors. Tha metal of the door is punctured, but the doors seem to seal well. I think the frig is well made and has great features.

I recently upgraded to a side-by-side refrigerator, and overall I™™m really impressed with how much easier it makes everyday kitchen life. The layout is the biggest win: having the freezer on one side and the fridge on the other gives everything its own space, so I™™m not digging around or stacking items on top of each other. Long shelves make it simple to store tall bottles, trays, or leftover containers without playing ™fridge Tetris.™Temperature control is consistent, and things stay cold without freezing in weird spots. The digital panel is also super handy™"quick adjustments, clear readings, and a nice modern touch.The built-in water and ice dispenser is a lifesaver. It is a nice refrigerator, having to get used to what we changed from (a freezer in the bottom and two upper doors.This seems deeper than our old one. I don't think it is. just the area of refridge and freezer are a lot narrower
