The oven works well and looks very nice. The issue is I can't find anyway to set the clock. The manual does not show how to do and trying to look it up on the internet has not been any help.

Terrible Range

I purchase the free standing range approx 3 years ago. I have not had a good experience as the gas burners to not work properly even though I have has a service tech come several times. Now the oven does not heat! I rarely use the oven and I now have to pay $110 to have someone step foot in my house to see what the issue is

I love my new dual fuel range, the range top is so easy to use and can be adjusted with ease to just the right punt of heat. The oven is perfect for baking.

The range has been in my kitchen for about two months when the oven started to overheat and the center gas burner failed to stay lit. The technician that responded stated the circuit panel and temperature sensor both need replaced.

I love to cook and in learning how to use this unit was easy and wow great. To be able to feather the heat control on stove top. Plus to use presets and use of duel oven was peaceful and easy.

We converted an old electric range to this Bosch dual fuel range. What a joy to use and is easy to clean. I am anxiously awaiting to order the griddle which is currently unavailable. I highly recommend this product.

Unreliable Range

This range has suffered three failures and is still within its first year. First it was a heating element the day before Thanksgiving. Then it was the main control knob for the oven. Most recently it was a control board. Its a nice looking appliance and performs well when its working, but unfortunately that isn't often. Each breakdown has required us to schedule a visit from a repairman, time for parts to be ordered and delivered, and then a 2nd visit by the repairman, leaving us without an oven for weeks. Bosch will not replace, refund, or extend our warranty and as the one year mark approaches I anticipate I will need to consider buying a new oven. Purchased September 2024.

So far everything about our new range is great. We didn't want an appliance with all the electronic/internet capabilities and this fits the bill. Just a well build range that we feel was very affordable. Our previous range was a Viking which we really liked but did have some motherboard problems that required replacement a couple of times plus the price was considerably more. I would recommend this to our friends.

I purchase this range in 2021. Immediately had an issue with the oven shutting down and thr electric oven going iff when I lit a burner. I have now had repair people out here six times including a Bosch repair person who told me the range was not wired properly. It is now officially dead. The oven will not go on. I would never buy a Bosch appliance ever again. Total piece of junk and they do not stand behind their products. They just keep trying to fix them even though the problem was not fixable. I spent $4k and have never had a working range.

We love the dual fuel range as we were able to keep the gas stovetop but take advantage of an electric oven for more even heating. Once we had the technician lower the flame on the small burners, it is perfect. Love the large burner in the center of the other 4 as it gives a lot of flexibility for heating large quantity pots. Very stylish design and easy to clean underneath.

Mine had to be changed twice in the first month , had my kitchen renovated before Christmas but couldn't use the oven for a month because of a faulty circuit board . The time of day on the display is the worst technology I have ever Seen . Spent all day to set the time after it had suddenly changed without a touch , but still haven't managed it - I do have cell phone , computers , so not a complete idiot --- just wish I'd NEVER bought a Bosch oven!!!!!

Wonderful stove, easy to clean and operate. We had our old stove 15 years so this did take a bit of learning to operate. One issue with the meat probe feature: having been used to preheating seemed wierd to place the probe into the meat and then set the oven temp followed by the prob temp. Secondly it was hard to figure out when the probed item would be done as far as timing. Called the company, but the person I talked with did not have an answer. So it is a by guess and by golly situation. We will atempt it again when we don't have a set time to eat the probed meat.

This range is not only great looking, it works like a charm. The 5 burners are easy to adjust and are set up so it's easy to cook multiple items, you can use the pans you want. I had other 5 burner ranges that you mostly had to use small pans.
The easy to clean black top makes it a real enjoyment to cook, not like other ranges where it takes so much time to clean up after cooking.
The convection oven, over all is fast even and true to the temperature on all selections. I just love it! You will too! I have sold major appliances for over 25 years and this is my first duel fuel range I have owned and I highly recommend it.

We've had our new range about 2 months and love it! Easy to use, easy to clean, especially underneath! We love the design. This dual fuel range preheats quickly and has several features new to us. We especially love the proof setting!
