We needed a small dishwasher for a kitchenette in our remodeled downstairs and Bosch made the perfect one. Real buttons, not all touchscreen, and incredibly quiet. Most importantly the dishes get really clean.

We have been really happy with our dishwasher so far. We have had it installed just over a month and everything comes out super clean. The only time we've had something come out a bit dirty was when we had a lot of things on the bottom 2 racks, so the 3rd rack had a couple things that needed a re-wash.

We've loved our Bosch. Super quiet. There are plenty of options to dial in the cycle to our needs, but we just run it on auto most of the time and it has been great. We were worried about being limited by an 18 inch size but that has not been an issue. The extra top drawer area works great for all the random sized items. Installation was incredibly easy and everything we needed was included. We're super happy with our purchase.

I have lived in my home for 11 years without a dishwasher so I am very grateful to have one now. The unit is quiet and you can only really hear anything when the water is draining. It fit perfectly in my kitchen. However, there are a few things that bother me. Multiple large plates can not be put on the bottom rack because they hit the propeller on the top. There is also a very smelly off gas smell when the dishes dry. I am hoping that will go away since the unit is still quite new.

This 18" dishwasher is diminutive, but it has every feature I could want. The third shelf makes spacing flatware very easy. The Smart feature is amazing. A software update occurred today. I can't imagine how it can run better, and I'm looking forward to learning that, too.

I love the compact size, it fits great in my small kitchen. It is very quiet and has excellent cleaning performance. The 3rd rack, the adjustable height of the top rack and fold down tines help with loading different items and making the most of the space. I have only had it for a month but very happy with the purchase!

Purchase this dishwasher from Home Depot, and have been using in for over a month now and happy overrall with my purchase. I love the top rack, makes it easier for the silverware and i can easily unload and put them in the drawer. Middle rack is adjustable and allow for taller glasses and wine glass to fit nicely.

I bought and installed a new dishwasher in my rental a year ago. A small piece broke off and I couldn't get a replacement piece. Because the dishwasher was under a year of the manufacturer warranty I got a whole new dishwasher. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the same color which is really frustrating and extremely disappointing. I didn't have a choice at all. I just needed a working dishwasher so I sadly had to settle. Hate the new color and hope Bosch will reach out when the color I actually want comes back. Very disappointing.

After 3 months of consistent use from our new upgrade to our kitchen, this dishwasher is exactly what we need! Although our model is the smaller version, we still find it capable of handling a serious load while getting the job done. As a bonus, our dishwashing water usage has gone down, and it is very quiet. Cannot recommend this product enough!

Excellent cleaning, even in our NY apartment with low water pressure. Very quiet, spacious considering it's an 18". Middle rack seems designed for teacups rather than coffee mugs, so packing isn't perfect, but this isn't a major issue and in no way impacts cleaning quality.

The good - it's very quiet. From here, I have nothing good to say. It won't hold glassware, it doesn't clean, it really doesn't clean silverware, the tines are ridiculously close together, and it was the biggest waste of $1,000 that I can ever remember spending. I have owned dishwashers for 50 years, and without question, this is the worst dishwasher I have ever encountered. Save yourself a ton of heartache and get another brand. By the way - I now wash 90% of my dishes by hand.

We have a very small kitchen which required a smaller dishwasher. So when we did a refresh on the kitchen we decided to install a dishwasher. We couldn't be happier with this Bosch. It looks great and has great cleaning power. Our glasses have never been cleaner. After years of handwashing they had developed a hazy film on them. One cycle through the dishwasher and they look brand new. Our dinner plates are over sized so we have to move the upper tray occasionally to fit them but it is simple. The unit is also extremely quiet.

Quiet operation. I like the ability to increase the amount of rinse aid, that made a big difference when using eco-friendly detergent and rinse aid. I actually find the Home Connect to be somewhat convenient.
My one complaint is I would like to be able to modify the tine positions/angles more. I wash a lot of large prep bowls and storage glassware, and it is always difficult to arrange them on the rack in a way that doesn't take up way too much space. I wish I could replace the rows of tines with others that had different spacing/angles.

Beautiful looking unit, very quiet, nice selection of cycles and I liked the app. I personally think the racks are over-engineered and not practical. The angle of the prongs are too extreme and the spacing is too close on the middle shelf - also, there could be more on that middle shelf. My silverware did not fit through the basket slits and when I leave that open, the silverware nests. The dishes do not dry as well either. It takes more effort to use this machine as compared to my other dishwasher that I replaced, which I could get more dishes loaded into more quickly than this model.

Pretty disappointed. Seems like when I put dinner plates on the bottom rack the upper sprayer continually hits the plates. I have to rearrange everything to get the sprayers to avoid hitting the dishes.

I love my Bosch dishwasher. I really like the third rack. It is a great place to put things like measuring spoons or anything that doesn't fit in the bottom area or silverware container. I love how quiet it is. It cleans great.

I purchased this unit a few weeks ago to replace an older less expelsive unit from a different manufacturer. I am very happy that I did. The difference in quality is startling. Everything just works better. The remote application on my phone is great too, expecially when you forget to turn the unit on before going to bed. (I never thought I would use it) I liked this unit so much that I updated the rest of my kitchen to make everything sparkle!

There are not many options for an 18 inch size dishwasher. My previous two machines were different brands but I didn't know how clean my dishes would be after the first wash of this new Bosch machine! We are using maker recommended detergent pods and drying agent. It's super quiet. It took a while for us to configure how to load the dishes. It does not have room for our tallest glassware (even after lowering the rack) so we just aren't using them anymore. We use shorter glasses. The top rack is ideal for cup lids, straws, tiny Tupperware. We love this Dishwasher.

This littler dishwasher has been doing a fantastic job of taking care of our daily dishes, pots & pans, and utensils. Since it is just the two of us at home and we have a tiny kitchen, this provides form and functionality in our new kitchen. Still learning how to pack this smaller form factor. Yet, since we moved in here we haven't had a dishwasher and this has been a very welcome additon to our home.

I've had 4 dishwashers in my lifetime and all were pretty loud. This one is incredibly quiet and doesn't disturb TV watching in the adjoining living room. I got the smaller size during a kitchen renovation in order to save cupboard space and I don't miss my full sized one as this holds a lot, especially when using the very top silverware rack for things like shallow small bowls. The only complaint I have is there is no indicator light to show a cycle has completed, making it appear like it wasn't run. This is the first one I've had that doesn't have this. I had to buy a sign that attaches to the front to show clean/dirty.

During the process of a kitchen remodel, we learned that our previous 24" dishwasher would no longer fit into the
new kitchen design. After a bit of research, we decided to purchase a new 18' Bosch dishwasher. Our concern was would it get our dishes clean, and be able to accomodate
our dishes, pots, & pans? I am happy to state that not only does it get the dishes clean, the dishwasher runs more efficiently and much quieter. We are very pleased with this Bosch applicance and all of our concerns were addressed withthis new applicance.

Leaves dishes completely soaked after washing, even when using sanitize and extra dry cycles. Door does not stay open when tilted so you have to open it completely which takes up tons of space in my tiny kitchen (I can't get around it to the oven so this isn't even an option when I need to cook). The inside is always wet even when nothing inside. Recently went away for a week and came home to a stinky dishwasher filled with condensation. From what??? Who knows. This thing is garbage. Save your money and buy a different brand. This brand is SO overrated. (And no i am not going to use added chemicals to dry my dishes!!!).

I took days and researched brands and reviews for each one. I was replacing an 18 inch dishwasher. I know it has limitations like not being able to wash pots and pans or large serving bowls. As the only dishwashers I have had are 18 inch this was nothing new. I do agree that the plate spacing is rather close but it is solved by using every other one. Then there is enough space for cleaning to happen. This is the 3rd brand I've had and every one has a different configuration. I cannot believe how quiet it is when it is running! There is a window AC unit 5 feet from the dishwasher and I had to put my ear to the door to make sure it was running. I've only had it a little over a month but so far I absolutely love it! It does a fantastic job cleaning and I use the extra dry feature and the dishes are all dry even if I open the door immediately after it is done. I would recommend it everyone.

I wish the angle of the tines could be adjusted. I have curved plates, so if the tines were straight up the plates would actually sit at the optimal angle.

We needed a smaller dishwasher for our older home. Previously had Bosch and so went for a trusted brand. This is NOT it. From day one it doesn't clean dishes well - customer support asked if I tried all the various settings of cleaning as a 'solve' haha. But worse than that, the racks are horrible. There is literally no way to load bowls in a manner that doesn't take up all the space. Or so that they tip over. And I'm talking ceral and soup bowls, not serving bowls. The plates also stack so closely I'm guessing it may have something to do with the inferior cleaning. Never been so frustrated with a machine. Don't get this washer.

It's very nicely and smartly built dishwasher. For the size it has all the components and very smartly organized. It is definitely enough for 2 people family. The only thing why it's not 5 star review is that I hear it. It is definitely not as quite as I am used to.
